This accommodation is short or long term, paid weekly.  A good profile for a resident of the lodge is gay male, non-smoker, from 16 up.  If you smoke or vape it must be outside the building.

Towels are provided as in a hotel, if desired. We have tried to make this accommodation as comfortable as possible. You may invite visitors into the lodge at any time, under your discretion. Easy parking is available.

All bed linen is provided, quilts, fitted sheets, pillow slips, quilt covers, all laundered for your hygiene. You need bring nothing, all is provided. New superior mattresses are standard.

Fast wifi internet is free, which means that international voip phone calling is also provided free. And you have free video watching and YouTube.

Send us your requirements and information and we will arrange a viewing if you want one.  May be booked in advance, which is useful if you are outside Bristol, or even in another country.

Rent may be paid in euros or pounds.  Security deposit £190 or €210 to reserve the room or bed.  Or, can be just £50 or €54, if agreed, to book the room or bed, and the remainder of the security deposit paid when you move in.  This is of course returned after you leave.

Parking is easy, and there is plenty of space at the back of the house for bicycles to be kept safe.  No 6-month or 12-month contract as in other places.  Here you just give 7 days notice to leave.  If you are staying less than 7 days tell us at the start.
