Available is a large bedroom in the Lodge which stands separately to any other building in its own plot of land.  It is a first floor room overlooking the garden at the rear of the building.

The room on offer is fully furnished with one double and one single bed, chair, desk, and wastepaper bin.  There are two doors, to a walk-in closet and to a separate cupboard.  It is carpetted, as is the whole building, and has heating.  There is a large window for plenty of light, which is double-glazed for warmth and quietness.  Furniture may be moved around in the room to suit your wishes.

Everything is included in the rent.  No bills for you to pay, internet free, even soap powder is free.  Deposit £190 or €210, or book it with £50 or €54 if agreed, and the rest of the securety deposit payable on arrival.  The room has a walk-in closet with a light, and a door to a storage cupboard.
